We offer a variety of workout programs from simple and general to individual and highly specific. Our general programming is sent out via email once a week and is oriented towards whatever your goal is: fat loss, muscle building, Crossfit of all levels, races, event, sports, or whatever you're looking for. The general programming is focused on your goal but is not built around your specific needs, weaknesses, or skill set. The individualized programming is also goal oriented but is also customized to your weaknesses and strengths and will include mobility and movement analysis. It's designed to solidify and improve your strengths while also getting massive improvements on your weaknesses. It is also sent out weekly but is subject to change as you enter your results each day. Email and text access for questions and feedback is included with the individualized programming.
